Product · Receipts
The paper slip, retired.
Receipts is the customer’s phone inbox for digital receipts. When a shop knows the email, phone, or loyalty card, it can deliver the receipt to the app.
Retailers register on this site and take a till key. Shoppers do not need a Datavan website account. They sign in inside the app.
Ink, paper, and a copper stamp. The mark used on this site for the app.
One app account
A person is found by email or phone. The same account can hold cards from more than one shop.
A card per shop
Each retailer has its own loyalty card. The card can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The barcode is the card number, so the till can scan it.
How a receipt arrives
If the person is on the app, the till posts the receipt and the phone can receive a push. If they are not on the app, the till emails the receipt and includes the app links.
Paper is the fallback
Taking a photo of a paper receipt is still in the app. It is the fallback, not the main path. The photo stays on the phone.
Any till, including Phoenix
Phoenix Point of Sale is one till. Any other point of sale uses the same API with its own key. The systems do not share a customer database.
Where it runs
Android, iOS, and Windows. The shopper signs in with the receipts server address the retailer gives them.
